• Can I include two pets on one drawing? Yes! Select the "2 Pets" version of your package from the dropdown menu. There is a flat $60 fee to draw a second pet from scratch. Both pets will be printed side-by-side on your canvas and any other gear you purchase. For 3 or more pets on one drawing, please email us for a custom quote.
• What if I want separate drawings for my pets? If you want separate custom drawings for different pets, add them to your cart one at a time. A multi-portrait discount applies automatically at checkout.
• How does the ordering process work? Select your package from the dropdown menu and check out securely upfront. After your purchase, we will send you a personal email to collect your pet's name, breed, and favorite pictures. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the artist to sketch and finalize your custom drawing. Once the artwork is completed, it will be shipped directly to you. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for manufacturing and delivery.

By purchasing a commission, you grant the artist the right to showcase the finished illustration in our design portfolio, on social media, and as part of our permanent storefront collection. We love featuring our custom creations on our main apparel and home goods lines, meaning your pet could become an official model for our brand!
