Our Printed-to-Order Policy

Every item in our shop is printed only after you buy it, which helps reduce waste and overproduction. Because each piece is custom printed specifically for you, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Please review all product details, dimensions, and size guides carefully before checking out. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or broken from transit, please email dappermallardstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Shopify order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it. If a defect is confirmed, we will request a replacement from our printing partners to get a new item made and shipped to you.
